The postcode above relates to the front of the building. Access to the building is via the rear, which is on Cockhedge Lane.

Whichever way you come into Warrington, (especially if you use WA1 2NX in your Satnav) you will be taken to the roundabout at the junction of Mersey Street, Dial Street and Church Street. Ignore Dial Street and turn left off the roundabout up the dual carriage (Fennel Street) past the prominent Pure Gym. Take the first road on the left, Cockhedge Lane, past the JB Gym. Ignore the Pure Gym car park and turn left onto the first car park assigned to Ampleforth House.

At the bottom, on the right, are two parking spaces labelled '25'. Those are mine. One is usually empty (I only have one car!), if not, spaces 27, 28 or 29, at the other end of the row, are usually free.

Go to the right hand door. Nearby, on the wall is an intercom. Type the figures 2 and 5. That will contact my mobile and I will be able to open the door for you. If nothing happens, after a few minutes try again. It sometimes takes time for me to find my mobile.

I am on the third floor. There is a lift just pass the stairs. Whether you walk up or use the lift, when you get to the third floor you will see a Fire Door opposite you. My apartment is beyond that door on the right side or the corridor.
